Hello! I’m Kathleen! I’m currently based in Chicago. While I began pursuing my MFA in illustration recently, I’ve been drawing and creating on and off my whole life with various mediums. Gouache is a current favorite!

I studied anthropology, writing, and design, and love to see how all of these interests intersect when I’m creating a piece. I love that there are endless opportunities to grow, learn, and improve as an illustrator and artist.

When I’m not drawing, I enjoy fashion design and sewing, time with friends and family, and getting really into tv shows. I value coziness greatly, so doing all of these activities by candlelight is a must!
